Returns Policy

RETURNS
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. There are no returns or exchanges on electrical parts, fuel parts or special order parts. Items accepted for return must be brand new and uninstalled with the original factory packaging (packaging showing part number). Opened products that were sealed, used or installed products, or products not with the original packaging cannot be returned. There is a 10% handling charge on all returns unless the wrong part was shipped. Return shipping charges are the purchaser's responsibility unless the wrong part was shipped. In the case of an exchange, we will issue a refund for the returned item and re-purchase and checkout for the new item is required. Because auto parts cannot be restocked or resold as new once they have been used, installed or not in original factory packaging, we must strictly enforce this return policy. Core returns must be received by us on or before the date the purchased part is shipped. Core return cost is the buyer's responsibility.
