POLICIES
SHIPPING
Orders typically ship out from us within 3 business days of purchase. Business days start the day after an item is purchased and does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Free shipping applies to the continental U.S. only and does not include P.O. Box addresses. We are not responsible for shipping transit times. This information is provided by the shipping carriers and can exclude weekends and holidays. We reserve the right to change/choose shipping carrier to carrier with comparable shipping transit times without notice. Shipping prices are considered an estimate until item is actually shipped. Shipping prices can be increased, corrected and updated within the shopping cart. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number once your order ships. We ship to most world-wide locations using eBay global shipping program. International customers are responsible and liable for all Duty Fees, Customs, VAT, Import Taxes, or other point of entry charges at the full purchase price. We reserve the right to choose which international locations we ship to. We are not responsible for or in control of items held by customs or for customs hold times.
RETURNS
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. There are no returns or exchanges on electrical parts, fuel parts or special order parts. Items accepted for return must be brand new and uninstalled with the original factory packaging (packaging showing part number). Opened products that were sealed, used or installed products, or products not with the original packaging cannot be returned. There is a 10% handling charge on all returns unless the wrong part was shipped. Return shipping charges are the purchaser's responsibility unless the wrong part was shipped. In the case of an exchange, we will issue a refund for the returned item and re-purchase and checkout for the new item is required. Because auto parts cannot be restocked or resold as new once they have been used, installed or not in original factory packaging, we must strictly enforce this return policy. Core returns must be received by us on or before the date the purchased part is shipped. Core return cost is the buyer's responsibility.

Model and product compatibility information stated in this listing is for U.S. models. We are not responsible for compatibility, size or fitment. We are not responsible for picture inaccuracies, technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Pictures are for representational purposes only and may not reflect the exact product you will receive. You will receive the correct OEM factory BMW parts for the specific model stated. Some products and products colors may vary slightly from picture shown. Products shown are not actual size. No part of this site or pictures may be copied, duplicated or downloaded. Completion of the checkout process confirms that you agree to all of our policies.

Payment in full is required within 3 days of purchase. We accept payments through PayPal. Using the buy it now feature confirms that you have read and agree to all of our seller policies.
